If you receive a notice that your package has been delivered, but you can't find it at your door or in your mailbox, it's possible the carrier prematurely marked your shipment as delivered. 


The carrier is responsible for local delivery. Lavendaire cannot reimburse or re-ship missing orders that were misdelivered or stolen.
