If you receive your package and find that an item(s) is missing, email care@lavendaire.com with "Missing Item" in the subject line. Please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Name used to place your order
  • ONE photo including all items received
  • Photo of package invoice (international orders only)

For international orders, you may need to pay an additional customs fee to claim a second package containing your missing items. To be reimbursed for this fee, please submit photo evidence of the receipt for this charge.
