If you received the wrong item(s), email care@lavendaire.com with "Wrong Order" in the subject line. Please include the following:
- Order number
- Name used to place your order
- ONE photo including all items received
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for you to return the incorrect items, and we'll prepare a second package to send you the correct items.
