If your return request is approved, we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your item(s). Make sure to use our pre-paid return label so we can track your return. We're unable to reimburse costs incurred for returns using labels other than our own.


Please arrange to send your return package within one week (7 days) of receiving the pre-paid return label. If we do not see tracking updates on your return package within that time frame, your return request will only be eligible for a partial refund.


Once your return is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s). The customer is responsible for ensuring we receive their returned item(s). We can only fulfill return requests where the returned item(s) is successfully received and approved for a refund. If your returned item(s) is not received, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.


If your refund is approved upon inspection, a credit for the cost of the items will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within two weeks of us receiving your package. We will retain shipping costs to cover restocking fees.


If your return request is ineligible or denied, you will be notified accordingly.
