Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days past purchase, we can't offer a refund or exchange.


If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color, paper type, or size, email care@lavendaire.com with "Exchange" in the subject line. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs required for the exchange. Please include the following information:

  • Name used to place your order
  • Order number

Exchanges are dependent on inventory availability. If we do not have your desired item available, you have the option to return the item for a refund. See our Returns policy here.
