If you have NOT received tracking information, we may be able to change your delivery address in time. Email care@lavendaire.com with "Change Address" in the subject line. Please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Name used to place your order
  • Full address you'd like to change your address to

We'll try our best to help you out, but we offer no guarantee that your address can be changed. Due to differences in shipping rates, we can only consider changes between addresses in the same country.
