If you have NOT received tracking information, we may be able to cancel your original order so you can place a new order with the correct items. Email care@lavendaire.com with "Cancel Order" in the subject line. Please include your order number and the name used to place your order.


We'll try our best to help you out, but we offer no guarantee that your order can be cancelled or modified.


If you have already received tracking information, we're unable to change the items included in your package.


We cannot process exchanges for different products. We recommend submitting a return for a refund, then placing a new order for the right product. When your return is received, we'll inspect it and process the appropriate refund, if applicable.
